Kerry Weems

Kerry  earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska Lincoln and had a successful career in corporate advertising before pivoting to a second career in real estate in 2013. Her work in commercial real estate at Clemons Real Estate has earned her a place on the “Top 50 Commercial Real Estate Brokers in Kansas City” list published by the Kansas City Business Journal as well as top producer awards from the Kansas City chapter of WIRED (Women in Real Estate Development). Raised in a real estate family, Kerry understands that each project is unique, requiring detailed management, exceptional communication, and fiscal responsibility.
